Upon arrival to check into our hotel room that was already reserved and booked ahead of time I was immediately unsatisfied with front desk employees as well as their attitude towards myself and my family. I had made contact and reached out to front desk service twice before arrival of check in, during both convos with front desk prior to arrival they were amazing in my book. Both representative I had spoken with were very kind and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any issue that may arise with my concern of wanting an early check in if possible. The process and availability of any possibility to arrival earlier than 3 pm was handled and I felt super confident with my family and our belongings being safe and cared for until room would be available for our check in. Manager on duty at front desk was very unhelpful and annoyed at the fact of me asking questions and trying to solve a problem that arose even though I was told different policy and procedures before arrival. If possible I would have just walked away and not stayed with this hotel if myself and family weren't depending on having that hotel roof over our head that night. Even after myself and family went out on our own to solve the issues at checkin the manager and front desk associate weren't helpful or trying to help resolve any of our issues.they were more annoyed and snapping on myself , husband and father in law for asking questions and making sure we knew the correct amounts being charged to each cre

Was not told of a $15.00 per day parking fee, was not told about $150.00 insideciles charge. Room was not cleaned entire stay. Garbage in room over flowing. Had to ask housekeeper for toilet paper and towels. Was told due to COVID no rooms being cleaned. However, COVID restrictions are lifted and housekeepers going in and out of rooms. No where to eat, hotel restaurant closing at different hours and was informed no room service unless you are staying 5 days or more.
