Clerk was nice but the people hanging all around property being on drugs living there and the smell was unacceptable

This is a great property. We always stay here. The staff know us. Dutch wonderland on walking distance. A lot of outlets are on walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed at the cleanliness of the the room, chair in the room is very dingy & dirty, shower was not so clean, we were just upset that while the photos online looked like the room, it was definitely edited to appear much nicer. Online it says complimentary breakfast & there is no breakfast. We have things scheduled for morning so now we couldn't grab something & go. Definitely will not refer nor come back.

Room was nice and beds comfortable. Toilet didn't look like it had been cleaned. Woman at front desk was pleasant and prompt at getting me checked in.

I forgot my green fleece blanket ...do you still have it? I was not welcome by anyone especially the check in person and it a unfriendly hotel especially for Lancaster.

Took our money when we registered in advance. Requested credit card or $50. in advance or no room. He refused to give us a room! We left and drove back to NY rather than find another room at 10:30 at night. I would like my money back!

Anonymous, thanks to choosing us for your stay. My front desk agent asked your credit card for incidental purpose which he clearly explained on your question. Expedia's prepaid reservation is not responsible for any room damage or violation of hotel policy, thus we required guest credit card or cash security deposit for incidental purpose. We also credited the amount. We hope that you will understand the hotel policy which clearly stated on all online travel agencies platform.

This "economy" class property was a very pleasant surprise. Room was had all the "extras" and was very clean. Property was very quiet.The Asst Manager, Dip Patel, was both helpful and friendly. Had a nice little breakfast bar set up to get going. Check out was fast and efficient. Will be in area for the next 6 weeks working and will definately be staying here. Prices are more than reasonable and location is close to everything in the area.

Very dated, no coffee pot and the air conditioner / heater was very noisy. The bed was comfortable, nice hot shower and the manager was very nice. You get what you pay for.
