Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, beach access
Place was good price for Friday nite. Staff was nice, the lodge was 2 blocks to casinos resorts and beach. I would recommend staying there because close all activities.

Cheap hotel two blocks from beach two from casino

Posted Nov 16, 2011
Pros: Free Internet, close to stateline casino's
Cons: smelly thin walls and ceiling
Wasn't sure were this place was, lead by GPS. Showed up at night and kind of intimidated on a Saturday night by all the partier hanging out in front of rooms. In daylight its not the bad, 2 blocks from the beach, up hill 2 blocks to Harvey's Casino or couple more to Mc P's pub which has a cool staff 25-50 age pub depending on day and hour. Room had a no smoking sign on door but don't think adjoining room did. First impression, opened my door, stinks of cigarettes! Picture number 7 was only relevant picture that is of this motor lodge. Bed was poor, 3 pillows on the single double bed so have to fight for it. LOL Bathroom is small, 60's no renovations baseboard heat, no AC to speak of. Thin walls, doesn't help hearing all the talk from adjoining room talk, about there pimp...? No problems though have a couple beers and hit Harveys, you won't mind being in a cheap place.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: major public health violation
This hotel is invested with bed bugs. They are like mosquitoes in that they feed on human blood. I found a live one crawling around, small blood stains, and poppy seed sized black bed bug excrement on the sheets and around the bed. I had severe allergic reactions all over my body from where they bit me in the night and then they came home with me in my luggage so now I have them in my room and potentially the rest of the condo. For this very reason they are a major public health concern because they travel so easily. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! You will end up paying three times the cost of this cheap hotel in pest control and doctor's visits.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, refrigerator, microwave
Cons: stiff bed
My girlfriend and I decided to get away for a few days and chose this lodge to stay at in South Lake Tahoe, CA. It was affordable for a couple nights stay and the rooms were clean. The staff were nice, had no problems checking in and out. Overall, it is a great place to stay if you don't want to spend a lot of money but still want to be close to casino's, gondola, etc.
