"Not Bad......."
The rooms were fine. The only problem was that they charged me 2x more for internet access. My daughter kept getting knocked out of the wi-fi system and had to log on back on. This means that she is logging in more than once. So Harvey charged me extra for it. The good thing was that the front desk was very understanding and took off all the charges. I was not ready to pay extra for internet access when I am already paying for it with the resort fee. To Harvey: do not limit wi-fi access to 2 devices....your loyal customers are paying resort fees already.....do not charge your customers extra for having to log back on.......WORK ON THIS POLICY PLEASE

"Did not disappoint"
Very nice and quiet room and comfortable bed. A little bummed that I had to pay for the in room coffee, but the excellent exercise room was a great trade off!

"Incredible and worth it!"
This resort is absolutely incredible!  As soon as you pull-up you feel valued, cared for, and taken care of.  It is not an inexpensive resort, but it is worth the money for sure.  We loved the close proximity to hiking trails, plus biking and skiing trails in the right seasons!

"Beautiful resort in a great location!"
This resort is located just a few miles north of Tahoe City. It was very well appointed and perks like the concierge service made it a top-notch experience. We were very pleased with the restaurant selection as well as the shopping right there at the resort. Because the resort isn't right on Lake Tahoe, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have a vehicle at your disposal. The resort is also very close to Truckee to the north, which is a fun little town for shopping and dining. I can't wait to come back to this resort when I visit Lake Tahoe again.

"Not what it used to be, but . . . "
We'd still go back. They charge for wifi (??!!), cocktails are no longer free and the snacks were just popcorn and pretzels. Our bed was "saggy". On the positive side, breakfast is still decent, the hotel is quiet and the location is excellent. So, while its clearly not as nice as it was when it was Embassy Suties, the positives continue to outweigh the negatives, specially since it's not premium priced any more. we paid $ 119 with AAA discount.
