Sink in room did not drain. Moved to two other rooms with the same problem. No maintenance man on site so was advised it could not be fixed. Ended up staying in the room anyway and had to fix the HDMI cable on the tv to get it to work. (As in borrowed the cable from the first room we had since the couldn’t rent it out). Was told by the front desk a discount would be applied for the inconveniences. Upon checkout, they’ve offered me $22 off. Ridiculous. Offensive even. Had to sit in the lobby while the receptionist tried to get me a better deal. Wasted a lot of time in the lobby waiting for service. Not happy
