Staff was responsive during a difficult time. One of the maintenance members (sorry, didn't get his name), was out in the cold shoveling snow off the parking area to allow guests to safely get to and from their cars.

Wonderful, hardworking, and understanding staff. We live locally and had to stay for two nights due to a storm and no power in our house. It was the same for many others there. The staff was so accommodating and allowed for late check out, opened the restaurant early and had to keep staff onsite due to the storm. The staff busted their tails - same staff morning and night. Accommodations we comfortable and nice. Food was great. Bar was fun. All this despite frustrating lack of power at home.

The TV did not work in the room. Called the front desk they said you could try to reset with the remote that didn’t work called them back and the front desk said they would send someone up when they could. No one ever came up to fix the TV. Poorly run operation. Not impressed at all.
