No parking upon check in with no other options. Shower was dirty with previous guest’s used razor and toiletries left in it. Later after returning from our event , our room keys did not work. Only good was that the bed was very comfortable.

Incredibly disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. Floors were filthy with crumbs & dirt throughout. Looked like it had been a long time since it had been swept or mopped. Several items were really dusty & the tv remote was missing. The icing on the cake was a pair of men's underwear from a previous guest at the head of one of the beds. Given the location, the bed could not have had clean linens on it & the underwear still be there. I notified the front desk & they said they would send housekeeping in the morning. (I was one guest with 2 queen beds) The next night I returned & the underwear was still there yet housekeeping had come in. The front desk staff & manager were very shocked & very kind. They offered me a free night if I travel to Florida again. The onsite restaurant was a huge letdown for a $120 dinner for one. The baked potato & the zucchini were the best part. I've stayed in other Westin locations with fantastic onsite restaurants & clean inviting rooms.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. I truly regret if at anytime one of our Housekeepers came into the room without knocking or announcing herself. In addition, they should not be coming in that early in the morning. I am so very sorry and we will address this with the Housekeeping Team immediately. We do hope you will stay with us again so that we can replace this unpleasant memory with a happier one.

It's a shame the power kept going out while I was pool side during the evening hours and the cleanliness of the pool side could have been better. There were dirty towels everywhere and an empty case of beer with beer cans on one of the tables.

Nice hotel...but...

For some reason there,was never any hot water and the fan in my room smelled like it was blowing in cigarette smoke. The bed was very comfortable, but I would have liked a light blanket option...i had to take everything off the bed and sleep under two sheets...two down quilts is a bit much.
