When I booked this it was based on rate and the extras. Rate was higher..I had also contacted the hotel and explained die to an injury I would need a first floor room and was put on the second floor. As advertised..I go down for breakfast and told that they have not served breakfast in 2?years. Won't stay here again...over priced for a room with no elevator. I'll make sure to notify the groups I belong to avoid my mistake.

We do our best to try to accommodate requests as they come in, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee anything. As for breakfast, we do not advertise that we serve breakfast any longer, so I so apologize if you were misinformed. We do hope you will give us another chance to win you over and make your visit to Lake Havasu a stellar one!Thank you!

The room was not very clean. Floor felt dirty, the shower was dirty, the corners of the room we full of cobwebs.
