Staff was friendly and accommodating. HOWEVER, I was charged a lot for my legal service dog! Site says pet friendly but owner or manager told front desk to charge at an exorbitant rate! Yet the airline allowed the service dog in the cabin without charge.

Won't go back

On the plus side, the hotel was new, clean and quiet. It's nowhere near town or the Malacon. The bed was so hard,the next step would be to take it out and have us sleep on the floor. The shower didn't work right, leaked onto the bathroom floor and only put out cold water early in the morning. There's supposedly free Continental breakfast but if you fill your plate at the buffet, you'll have to pay US$2 per person -- the free breakfast is just coffee and toasted Wonder Bread. The coffee is good, though, and the milk is real. We stayed 3 days, and each day the magnetic key failed so we had to go back to the front desk to have it reprogrammed. All in all, there are better places to stay in La Paz, for about the same money.
