Some confusion at check-in. I initially booked 2 rooms through Travelocity, but cancelled one room a couple of weeks before staying. When we checked in, I was still billed for 2 rooms. Desk clerk said she didn't have the cancellation, but would take care of it. (She did.) I also had previously requested bedding for the sofa-bed. There was none provided, nor were there pillows. We made a few trips to the desk to get bedding, pillows and a remote for the TV. She was accommodating when we asked, but the whole process was a bit unorganized. All in all, we slept well and were able to enjoy a sufficient breakfast before heading out.

Hello DEAN, I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

The property is very old. The linens even older. No elevator for my handicapped mother that was first placed in a 2nd floor room. We checked in at 1 AM with my 82 yr old mom and three grandchildren needing two rooms next to one another as booked. Didn’t work out . Front desk did the best she could with what she had tonwork with . It’s overall pretty gross and the hall smells of weed. Will not book a red roof again .

It needs some serious attention by the back parking area. Fence is down and trash is all over the place.

No breakfast was included even though that was mentioned in the booking. Staffing shortage. Should not be included in the promotion if it isn't included. Was told after we check-in and had already paid.

Old tired and a bit gross (crud on walls and floor). Unfriendly check in. Requested additional towels (room only had two) and no one showed up. No sheets or pillows provided in room for pull out couch and had to request. No additional pillows available at all for pull out couch. Would never go to this property again. A plus was there was a gym and hot tub.
