I booked this more expensive hotel as the advertisement qnd reservations advertised a SPA, HOT TUB and SAUNA. They do not have these items!! I guess that they did 6 years ago. The night staff just told me it was because I booked on Travelocity!! This was a mini-vacation for my husband and I. We would never stay here again nor recommend.

We had to Uber to this hotel from the Charlotte airport because every other hotel was booked when our flight got cancelled. When we went to Uber back to the airport the next morning, it took us almost 2 hours to find a Lyft driver to take us back to the airport to catch our flight, No reliable taxi service either.

I picked a hotel with free breakfast. However, they did not serve breakfast until 7am so my daughter and I were not able to eat before her volleyball tournament. That was irritating and of course cost me more because I had to stop for something for her and keep her on schedule.

Okay Motel but Location was Sparse

Location: Wendy's, McDonalds
Motel was fine overall. People were very nice. The location is near an industrial area with little access to restaurants, etc.

It was a place to sleep

Location: Don't know, was only there about 5 hours.
I booked this hotel for a place to stop and sleep for about 5 hours along our route. I requested 2 roll-a-way beds in the room, and told the hotel staff we would be arriving about midnight, in the hopes all would be ready and we could get right to sleep. When I walked in the room, the odor of urine hit me. I was also disappointed the beds or linens for the sofa bed weren't in the room already. Chantel at the front desk was very helpful and got us our beds as quickly as she could. However since these were twin beds that she had to locate in the hotel, this took close to an hour. It did end on a couple high notes though, the receipt they gave me was less than Travelocity charged so I was able to get money back. Also the breakfast was pretty good. While I wouldn't stay here again or recommend to someone, it did accomplish its purpose, we slept for a couple hours.
