Booked this hotel for the wrong day and they refused to refund me or change the date for me even with me calling within 39 minutes of booking. They were rude people and charged me an entire nights stay and still refusing to refund me

This hotel was old and horrible. The beds were hard as a rock. The bathroom was so small you could barely turn around in it. The room was outdated. No TV guide. Oh and the pool had dirt all in it. Talk about no sleep for two days

I asked the maid service to wash the back of the bathroom door because there was blood on it and they never did

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
My only complaint was that they did not clean the blood off the bathroom door.

Very kind and friendly staff

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It might not be extremely luxurious, but it has always been very clean and safe. Staff are wonderful, and are very helpful.

Good Deal for long stays!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
The hotel was very nice and the cleaning staff did an excellent job every day even though we stayed there for a week!

Recent Stay

After reading the reviews on various websites I must say I was very skeptical about staying at this Days Inn. Once I arrived I was very pleased with the courtesy I received at the front desk. Check in/out was simple. The room was exactly what I requested and it smelled clean and was clean. Each day expect for one our room was not cleaned nor stocked with fresh towels. I believe this only happened because initially we had the do not disturb sign on the door but left shortly after and the cleaning crew was still on the same floor and saw us leave but never came back to clean our room. I did let the front desk know and they took care of everything. Very pleasant stay and would stay again.

Great Place if Ft Hood is Destination

comfortable beds, clean, great ac, nice staff, tight parking, but so was almost all other hotels in area. will stay here again, close to fort hood where our son is stationed.
