I liked the premium experience the property gave, however I didn’t like that it wasn’t included in the price. You pay an additional 100.00 per night for premium service, which includes various amenities throughout complex. The staff was very nice and courteous. We loved the chic show, archery, and spa. Would’ve rated resort higher but room didn’t cool off. Thermostat was set for 68 degrees Fahrenheit, but never got to that temperature. Technicians looked at a/c and stated it was fine. We ended up getting a fan sent to our room, due to temperature. Also, liquor was watered down. One other complaint is that we waited for 20 minutes for a ride from spa, which never came. We ended up walking to grand pallium for ride back to TRS Resort.

We loved our stay here. Can’t say enough great things about it. The only thing is, we wished we had been told about the app before arriving. We were told when we arrived that we were being upgraded to a better room. I had requested an ocean view room. We were saddened to see that it was not an ocean view room, and in fact, many of the rooms are actually not ocean view rooms. As the trees are overgrown yet beautiful and you cannot see the ocean. When we brought this up to the manager, they ended up switching our room and we did get a magnificent room. I have celiacs. And the attention and care that we received was amazing! I did not get sick once during the trip. We definitely would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone looking for for an all inclusive stay in Mexico. We will definitely plan on returning! The Butler service was also a huge step above any of the other resorts I’ve stayed in. Again, cannot say enough great things about this property, the staff, the food, and just everything about it.

This property is definitely five star luxury and I can’t wait to go back! The staff was amazing, food decent (for an all-inclusive resort), rooms beautiful, complementary bottles daily!!! The service was just impeccable! Massages were great! Very beautiful resort!! Highly recommended! Shoutout to the staff in Villa 71 Magie & Armando were amazing! The waiters Alexis, Alex, Leyoi. Doorman- Fernando! Y’all were all great!
