Not a high class hotel, but that's not what I paid for. The room was clean. The staff friendly. There were no problems. Exactly what we wanted. We visit the area every year. We will return to this hotel next year.

It was relatively inexpensive in terms of other surround properties which was good, but it did lack some basic amenities. It didn't even have a land line or alarm clock and they were unable to provide one when I asked for it.

This hotel should be taken off the list in Travelocity. Very disappointed in the "Radisson" backing of this hotel. Probably the worst hotel we have stayed at in years. There is rundown, trying to make it and then there is rundown because of poor management - this hotel was both.

This property needs to be taken off the Travelocity list. I use Travelocity a lot! I trust Travelocity - I called the hotel the day before to check on the reviews that were listed and was given some excuses as to why people would leave the reviews they did - I should have trusted the reviews. This hotel was terrible - not up to a Radisson standard at all - Radisson should really look at this hotel - putting their name on it is not a good idea. It is extremely run down - there are so many complaints that I don't have enough characters in this area to list them all. We paid for a suite - we could not sit on the couch - could not - it was so broken down. Our bathroom door was so broken off the frame it would not close at all - luckily it was just me and my sister in the room, so we dealt with it. The TV didn't work for the whole first day. The towels were actually stained and crusty - making me wonder how old they were, how long they had been in the room and how long it had been since they were actually washed. The sinks and tub were not cleaned well. The toilet sat crooked on the floor - not that that was a big deal - just points to the overall quality of the place. The door handle opened by turning the handle upward only - very strange. The pillows were all flat - the furniture in general very old and well worn....the money charged for this "suite" was robbery. The breakfast was sad - waffles, eggs all gone by 9:30, just sad. This hotel needs a total makeover.

Filthy bathroom, tub didn't drain, shower curtain dirty and mildewed, floor disgusting. Breakfast food inedible, had to ask for coffee. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and in good condition. Carpeting in room was dirty and stained. On a Wednesday night, it was quiet.

This place was in disrepair and not anywhere near the standards of what I expected from a Radisson. The place was clean for the most part but there were cobwebs all over the bathroom fan, paint peeling, the tub was gross. Do not recommend this place.
