"Love this place."
Great place. Great pool. There's a little beach in the back that's fun for snorkeling. We stayed here in 2014 and again in 2015. We had a great time.

"Beautiful View"
This hotel has a beautiful view with a very friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend for all ages. The pool area is big and well maintained. There were complimentary activities available through out the day. I certainly hope to stay there again soon.

"Economical Hotel"
The employees are very nice. This is a reasonably priced hotel. Nothing fancy. The furnishings are old but clean and still useable. Pool is always very cold. Few customers use it. But the Pacific Ocean is only a block away. We would stay again because the location is near family and the ocean.

"Felt like home"
First time staying at a Wyndham resort. Rooms were big & decorated nicely. Liked the full kitchen. Having a washer/dryer in our condo was a bonus - helped us not have to pack as much. Grounds were clean & landscaping was beautiful. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

"perfectly fine"
I wouldn't say there is anything that really stands out about Uncle Billy's- other than the good price- the room was clean and comfortable enough, no frills, but its a good location and the staff was helpful.

"Right on the ocean near the action of Kailua"
We upgraded to a full ocean view in a corner room with a lanai on two sides. Well worth it Our room was right on the ocean with great views. The room was adequately sized. The bathroom was fine, but dated. A small refrigerator was in the room. Generally quiet, but you can hear your next door neighbor if they choose to be loud. The luau held on the grounds outside also provided some music/noise until about 8:00 pm, but it was very Hawaiian noise. All the restaurants, shops and other attractions of the Kailua waterfront are within easy walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their is no resort fee. Al a carte expenses include parking at $10/day, internet, and breakfast.
