The property was not was advertised. It was expensive for the condition of the property. Best Western should be ashamed at condition of a brand this hotel carries.. Would not stay here again.

Like- Close to JFK. Disliked-The property is run down, noisy, needs paint, no nearby dining, elevator and halls were not clean. Would never stay there again. Way, way too expensive for the experience. I felt like we were robbed at $300 for each room. Best Western should be ashamed.

The place is run down. Feels more like a motel than a hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast and the woman who prepares it. She was attentive and nice.
