The suite was basically a one bedroom flat with plenty of room to spread out designed in such a way to provide privacy to guests. The property was very quiet and well located within an easy walk of HavaBus, metro, shopping street. The best part was the front desk staff person (Barek?) who went out of his way to give us lots of tips about the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific location and superb service

Pros: Burak! He could not have been nicer, or more informative, or more helptful!
Cons: The hotel needs a large street sign! Our taxi driver drove right past it, not seeing it!! Other than that, I would not change a single thing!
Location: This hotel is a short walk to Taksim Square, and there is a grocery store around the corner.
Burak was wonderful! He could not have been more accommodating. We reserved two rooms, and we asked to change one of the rooms, from the ground floor room to an upper floor, and he did so without any problem. The ground floor room was directly behind, and connected with, the Reception Area and it also connected to the Breakfast Room. Our friends were much happier up in the Rooftop Room. There is no elevator in the building, but there are only four floors and the stairs are easy. The included breakfast was superb and abundant. The building is over 100 years old, and was a very gracious home with high ceilings, tall windows, and beautiful furnishings. The bathrooms are very modern with all amenities. The rooms include a kitchenette and sitting area, which was very handy for us. The location is a bit confusing, like all of the Taksim area. The pre-arranged shuttle from the airport had no trouble finding it, but the local taxi we took back from our dinner restaurant had tremendous trouble locating it. If you are considering traveling by taxi, I suggest you memorize your route and be sure to take a clear map with you!

Awesome hotel!!! Awesome location!! Awesome staff!

My 7 days stay at this hotel was amazing!! Burac was great at explains everything around town and small tips here and there with dealing with shop dealers etc. highly recommended!! I would definitely stay here when I come back
