I had to check out early and the lady at the front desk who is supposed to be at the front desk was busy watching a movie , doesn’t bother me . When I asked for a copy of my invoice to be sent to my email , she said give me outlook and iCloud and not gmail (who has personal outlook accounts ) I said I don’t have outlook . To which she was telling you don’t have outlook or iCloud as if it was a crime. I asked her to stop yelling and speak nicely and I told her that I have observed she doesn’t shout at others like this . To which she yelled again and finally took my gmail id saying she will ask her manager to send me my invoice as if she’s doing a favor. Very poor customer service and attitude. Lady working in the evening shift on 18th Jan . Owner if you are reading this, please look into this . Extremely disappointed.Horrible way of talking to customers.

Good enough
Overall a good stay. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Jetted tub didn’t actually work so that was a bummer. No black out curtains on the window, just see through white ones so the sun woke me up a bit earlier than I wanted. Continental breakfast was ok, pancake machine out of order and not much to choose from. But I would probably stay there again because the price is good and the free airport shuttle is a nice convenience.

The rooms and lobby were nice, the shuttle service was very chaotic and there were not enough drivers/vans to take everyone at 6:15am. That was frustrating since they knew how many people were signed up at that time.

The room was on a far as cleanlinessgoes. I didn't have a spring shower for the 2 days i was there. I complained and the front desk didn't care at all that i couldn't shower. I was told it would be looked at the morning i checked out. I also had housekeeping open my door at 8am the morning of checkout with me still in the room. This was the worst hotel exclusive i have ever had and i will not ever stay at this location again. I recommend spending a few extra dollars to find s different hotel. You will not be studied with this hotel. If i could give zero stars i would!

No Airport Shuttle if There’s Weather
The hotel was fine, but the only reason we booked it day of was because we decided to stay close to the airport as there was supposed to be snow flurries, and the hotel said it had a shuttle. As we ate breakfast and awaited our shuttle, we were informed they had canceled shuttle service due to weather even though the roads around the airport had been treated. We had to use Lyft to get to the airport. The hotel did not cover that expense even though they had canceled their shuttle service. If we had known that was going to be the case, we could have saved money by staying with family and just using Lyft from their home.
