When we arrived an hour after check in the clerk explained that my room which was reserved in advance was not ready and they were not sure when it would be available. There was no attempt to compensate. The clerk simply said there's nothing we can do. My family and I are so disappointed in the failure on their part.

Starting with being put in a room that was already occupied, the nightmare continued with no keyed access for a week with security having to unlock your rooms, calls from management at 1140pm "to verify spelling of your name", outdated rooms with fridge leaking water, and a toilet that ran constantly through the night. The staff was less than willing to help and at the end of our stay was charged $60 to park at the hotel?? Terrible hotel, outdated, and provided the most unsatisfying hotel experience I've ever had.

Had several issues with the key. Was only one set of towels. One bar soap. Outlets need to be swapped with new ones. Older furniture. The best part was the hot tub. Balcony door was screwed shut so had to go down stairs to smoke. Maybe I checked in on a bad week..

As numerous guests have enjoyed our classic decor, they also enjoy the numerous complimentary amenities that are included with their stay: complimentary pool, hot tub and fitness room. Daily complimentary cooked to order hot breakfast, also the daily complimentary evening reception. We apologize this kept your stay from being the first-rate experience you deserve. We do have plans for improvements although an exact date has not yet been determined.

Pretty common area. Lacked staff and updates hot tub was down now for over a mo (told to me from another guest) We paid over $700 for 3 nights breakfast was out first day unprepaired- No towels couldnt get pool towels at all all kinds of water everywhere even to the elevators! Sat in the business chair to find it soaked in front of the computer. They knew we were dissatisfied and never offered a discount- OF ANY KIND. No shuttle to Six Flags its so close- Or Dallas Love Field as the shuttle sits all day still.

rooms out dated, need new drapes, phones, tv's. the door handle in bathroom was about to fall off. also a panel the ceiling was coming loose.
