Located in an industrial area along a strip with other hotels very close to DFW airport. In addition to the proximity to the airport, I enjoyed that it was fairly close to public transportation to get downtown. Positives: Breakfast was awesome! Staff was friendly and accommodating and the rates were fair. The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Neutral: Quiet as can be- understandable level of jet engine noise from planes taking off and landing. Negatives: Inaccurate details on Travelocity. This hotel does not (any longer?) offer an airport shuttle despite what the listing says. I had booked, and then learned that there is no shuttle. I could not cancel my booking without incurring a night's stay as a fee. This detail alone was a big selling point, and learning it was inaccurate set me back a fairly exorbitant taxi fee that could have been avoided had I booked with a competitor. Also, I was disappointed to learn that during the time of my stay the hot tub was out of service.

Really nice place for an unexpected overnight at DFW airport. Staff was helpful and friendly, spotless property, and good breakfast in the morning.

Despite advertising an airport shuttle, and despite my online request that we had an international flight at 5am which we needed to get to the airport by 3am, this place did NOT in fact have a shuttle. This placed us in the position of having to stay overnight in the airport in order to ensure we made our plane.. The desk would not refund our money nor offer us a ride BACK to the airport to spend the night there. VERY unhappy.
