Hotel is currently undergoing major renovation. Large areas of parking being used by equipment and supplies. Guest reception is set up on a picnic table. There were no hangers or handsoap in the room. The ice makers and vending machines have not been installed yet. None of the local channels on TV were operational (CBS, NBC, ABC). There were NO restaurants close by, only fast food type establishments (and those were over a mile away). Overall this place has potential, but IMO, not yet ready to host guests due to the undergoing renovations.

Called ahead to give heads up late check in around 10:30pm. When we arrive the front desk couldn’t charge $50 incidental because my card didnt match the card Travelocity used to reserve room. I was given keys and said if it works you good. If it doesn’t I would have to wait until 11pm manager came in. We arrived at 10:15am and just need sleep. Lucky the keys worked and we didn’t have to wait for 11pm manager for issues with Travelocity and Hotel systems.

Everything was adequate, though the keycards for the room had to be reprogrammed twice to work, the batteries in the tv remote were dead, had to be replaced, and then another trip to the desk because WiFi password was scribbled in the keyholder and could not be read. Liked the fact that they were pet friendly but room was so big that any little noise was amplified causing the dog to bark which amplified the noise even more.

The pet rate was $20 higher than what was advertised on Travelocity ($55 instead of $35). The tv & phone didn’t work in our room. The pool was closed because of the Corona virus. No hot breakfast but they did provide a bag with a muffin, banana, & granola bar, as well as milk, water, & yogurt.
