Staff at the hotel was amazing and so was the breakfast. I was a little disappointed because when I arrived to my room and did a walk through I noticed that staff didn’t properly clean the room. I know this because whoever stayed in the room prior to my stay used roses in the room because there were still roses left over under the tv on the dresser, on window Ledge, and next to the couch on the floor. Plus I was very dissatisfied with the conditions of the pool and hot tub. They looked very dirty.

Nice and roomy for big family

Everything was great the room was nice everyone seemed nice. I did housekeeping for over 6 years so I definitely did my own inspection. I found there was still quite a lot of hair left on the bathroom floor. It definitely needed to be sticky rolled and /or vacuumed. Then after housekeeping came the next day they didn't bother to vacuum or clean the hair off the floor in the bathroom again. I know hair can be missed but this was definitely a lot like no one bothered to clean the floor to begin with. I just put a bunch of towels on the floor and walked on those. Other than that it was great I just think the supervisor needs to double check rooms better when it comes to hair because that was kind of gross. The rest of the room was great and clean.

Happy with this hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Well located near the airport. Staff was friendly, everything was clean, the hotel itself I think is fairly new, it had that new hotel smell. The only problem I had was that the bed was a little hard for my liking, but even that wasn't a big deal. Would definitely recommend, and will stay here again during future trips to Indianapolis.

A very pleasant stay , I would recommend

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The motel was very well kept and clean. If i had one beef it would be the TV service. The response was slow and it was a labyrinth to navigate and stay on one service. The remote about wore out my finger from pushing so much. With that said it is a minor issue. Suite was nice and quiet. I found the computer speed in the business center to be good and appreciated the room was away from traffic flow. The breakfast was good but average. Over all a very nice stay

Loved it!! Hotel was beautiful inside. Rooms were great!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Hotel was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We even used the fitness center. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. The price was good too!
