Okay but could be better
Fairly new hotel with sizable rooms. Comfortable beds and relatively clean. The downsides were, the shower curtain let water leak all over the floor, breakfast service ended at nine and staff came to service the room at 8AM New Year’s Day. WHO is up that early after new year?

Hotels.com waste of time
My stay at the hotel was very nice, after 30 minutes of hotels.com ruining the experience. I made the reservation through your app and the hotel would not take your payment. So you offered to send me down the road to another hotel. Ridiculous offer, obviously my comfort was not important. After driving all day, spending time choosing a hotel, you expected me to leave and go to another hotel. I did not, I canceled with you and payed the hotel directly. I have removed your app from my phone.
