It looks like according to our records, you wanted to pay for your reservation with a card that was not in your name. When our front desk, and management, attempted to inform you of our policies for security purposes, it seems you may have taken this as being "rude". We apologize if that was the case, as that was not what we intended. We are glad you were able to understand, and let us assure you, we have spoken to the employee about Customer Service Practice and proper Dress Code. Checked into room and the bathroom shower knob falling off wall, shower curtain rod broken. Blood on curtains, air conditioning not working properly. They wanted to send maintenance to room to repair shower knob, but i did not want strange people in my room so i had them give us another room. Next day room next door had leak in roof which ran into the smoke alarm, causing it to blare at 5:30 am, for 2 hours. They couldn't turn it off due to not having maintenance staff to repair. Umm, what happened to the maintenance staff you wanted to send to fix the gaping whole where the shower knob was coming off the wall to repair? Charged us for using safe in room that we never used. Charged us for hand towels that they can't account for. They wanted us to tell them the name of their maid who took the towels, how the hell should i know, i don't work there. Front desk staff incompetent and lazy. They do not want you to take food from the buffet to your room. Stay anywhere but here! CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP!

Hello,Sorry that you faced any inconvenience during your stay. After looking into your reservation it seems we did try and offer to fix issues in your room and properly accommodate you but you denied any assistance. I can guarantee your room did not have blood stains on the curtains. You claim to have multiple issues but I see that you completed your stay. Regarding the safe and warranty charge, this you can find online when making your reservation. When you confirm your reservation it does state on there the charge which you agree to when booking your reservation. Towels in your room were missing after you check out, you were asked to let us know when and what time you gave out your towels to further investigate it but you did not provide any information. Also, you were informed upon check-in that breakfast food must be eaten in the breakfast area and not taken to the room as it is one of the hotel policies. I will also like to disagree with you that our staff is incompetent because they had attempted to assist you yet you denied any and all assistance and you did not want to follow the hotel policies which you agreed to when checking in.Thank you.

the room is very dirty , very bad smell. carpet is so old and dirty. Nobody clean the room, some light out in the bathroom. it is the nightmare. they charge 1 dollar everyday for safe too. I don,t understand this hotel,everything is so bad.

Hello,Thank you for taking the time to leave back a review. Being able to serve all our guests is very important to us here at the hotel, which is why we are staffed 24 hours a 7 days a week. After looking into your reservation I see that you reported your AC not properly working during your stay and that our maintenance staff went to your room to assist with the issue. Other then that I do not see any other issues reported by you during your stay. I also noticed you never requested for room service during your stay, it is mentioned to all our guests upon check-in that room service is not a daily thing and it is done on request. Lastly all charges are provided to you when making your reservation as well upon check-in which you agreed to.Thank you.
