Upon arriving room smelled terrible. We were moved to a smaller room but at least it didn’t smell bad. I was bit by what I think were best bugs. I am saying he’d bugs because I was bit in my legs and upper thighs and I do not wear shorts only to sleep. The employees were nice and wrote down my concerns but I never heard from the manager.

Good Vacation

Pros: The apt was spacious, clean and had a great view. The pool was ok at Calla, it was nice to be able to use the pool at the Hotel also
Cons: Rudeness has no place at the registration desk, especially when guest are trying to orient themselves to the amenities.
Location: The Yunque is close by, but beside the beach there is nothing much beside the beach in Fajardo. We stayed with family also.
All but one of the persons at the Calla Registration were pleasant. Upon attempting to go to the pool, she directed us to the pool "bohio" to get our towels, the attendant was not present. So, my husband and son decided to just look around at the next door pool which was being remodeled. She said " you better tell your husband and son to get out of there." At the time the workers were not working in the area, and she made me feel that we were not paying for our stay at the resort, she was very rude! Also the check in time is very inconvenient as it is at the high rush our, it took us almost 2 hrs to drive from Isla Verde Airport to Humacao. An earlier registration, away from rush hr will be less time consuming. We were grateful for the shuttle to the beach, and the complimentary parking space. We really enjoy staying at the resort, and the safety measures that were in place. Thanks.
