There was no cold water in our room. We had to be moved to another room. Apparently the rooms with lower numbers only have cold water. Other than this, the room was very nice.

I called the property to ask about an indoor pool prior to booking due to evacuating with a child and needing something to do. They failed to tell me due to covid it has been closed since March. Limited breakfast due to covid and sign about supply issues. The could have done better despite covid. Coffee was cold but staff excuse was it was just made, 3 bananas were out at 8am and never replanned. Hot water was not warm enough to cook instant oatmeal limited to one flavor and pastry’s were prepackaged and not good.
