This property is disgusting. Photos on Travelocity's website are not even close to what the rooms look like. I was afraid to even be in the room as not sure what I might catch. Holes in the walls, 2-inch gap in door entry, bedding and furniture looked like it was picked up off the street. Nothing looked like it had been changed in decades.

Reserved efficiency with kitchen. They double booked so was given a jacuzzi suite. Great but I can’t cook in a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi room is usually $110 but was given at same $60 as the kitchenette. Floor tiles were broken and uneven. Dresser broken. Sink cabinet torn up. Table had bad leg. Tub coating peeling. Shower took 5mins to heat even to luke warm. Got warm enough to at least get a quick 3min then it went right back to less than luke warm. Jacuzzi filled up with hot water just fine. Moldy used coffee bag in the coffee machine. Property grounds littered. Ice machine broken and soda machine empty. In their defense, they are recovering from a winter storm and the ice machine plumbing broke. No continental breakfast during Covid pandemic. Have to use side window as no one is permitted inside lobby. Room was clean for the most part, ie bedding, bathroom, Jacuzzi. Don’t trust their room pictures on the Internet. Older gentleman that checked us in was very nice and accommodating. The younger woman that was there during the day was also very nice and accommodating. My wife ate some bad What-a-burger the last night we stayed. Wife got sick in the morning and we had no problem asking for a 12 PM check out instead of 11 in order for medicine to kick in and be able to hit the road. They must not have said anything to the housekeeper though because the housekeeper came in while my wife was indisposed. Broken English but she understood and was pleasant. Left her a nice tip.

When we got there i asked for my state emp discount. She said she give it to me, I never got it. One hour after we checked in we got a call there would be no water for several hours, with no explanation as to why. When we checked out i requested compensation for not having water when we checked in. He told me it was not there fault and that he would not refund any amount. In short this place was one of the worst place i have stayed in. And oh yes once we got there we found a roach too.

I thought it was very convenient to my family visit in West University. Very reasonable price for the suite! The only recommendation I have is to make the handicapped ramp stronger. It's just a piece of wood vs cement.

Not Wheelchair Accessible ANYWHERE but Office!

I SPECIFICALLY requested W/C accessible! I only see rooms with steps so I explained again that room must be ACCESSIBLE. He sees me on my scooter and my husband in his W/C and says he understands, takes money and send us to a room with an 8" step up into the door! We have to run back thru the pot smoke from the guy toking on the stairs to get our money back. I should have driven off when we found NO handicap parking spots!
