Cons: Remove the tubs from the side of bed. Either placed them in the restroom or another room.
When we entered the first room, we found a tub in the room next to the bed. This didn't set well me. I asked the receptionist to change the room and did without complaint.

A little disappointed.

I arrived to the hotel for check in, I was helped right away. I received my room keys and found the room I was assigned. At first glance I was pleased as the room had sufficient room for me and my son. I began to survey my surroundings and this is when the disappointment set in. I booked this particular room for the sole purpose that this hotel advertised deep soaking tubs. I looked in the bathroom and it was a normal sized tub. I called to the front desk and I didn't get an answer. I waited a few minutes and called again. This time the front desk agent answered and I expressed my concerns. She stated that they were still cleaning the room with the Jacuzzi tub and that I can switch as soon as it was ready. I was happy with her eagerness to oblige my reservation. She informed me that the tub was next to the bed and there would not be a sofa bed in the room. I was a bit skeptical but took a look anyway. Then I realized that this type of arrangement would not offer me any privacy as I was rooming with my son and that he would not have a place to sleep. So I asked to be moved back to my original room. When making this reservation thw determining factor was the fact that it was advertised deep soaking tubs which I assumed would be in the bathroom. Overall the hotel stay compared thw same as most Best Western stays I just thought I would be able to soak in privacy!

Nice hotel and easy access to highway/interstate.

The staff was extremely helpful and housekeeping did a superb job at keeping the room clean.

Location, Location, Location

Pros: Location.
Cons: The tub drain was broken. An airport shuttle would be great. $80 round trip is pricey.
Location: Close to a lot of food. Close to the Woodlands and still close enough to the airport with the high prices.
I only had to be in Houston for a one day conference, and the hotel fit my needs to a tee. Nicely priced, clean and comfortable, and strategically located between the venue and airport.

excelent location to one of the main highways.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, good location
Cons: Poor breakfast
if yiou need a place to sleep, and a good location, this is the place. nothing fancy, but works for busy people looking for a decent place.

Great hotel, would stay again

I did a road trip throughout Texas with some friends and stayed in various cities throughout the state. Houston was the last location on our trip for only one night so we stayed near the airport. This hotel was great, really close to the airport. It was however, approximately 15-20 minutes to downtown Houston. It can be more or less depending on traffic. The hotel was quiet as I feel that most people staying might be business people traveling due to its proximity to the airport. I did not see children/teens in the hotel, so it didn't seem like a spring break location. Breakfast was ample and had a variety of things. Hospitality was excellent, the staff was real helpful. I felt safe and secure in this location. Just make sure to take everything out of your car because there was a sign stating that car breakins/thefts has increased in the area. I still felt safe in this location though and would probably stay longer next time I'm in Houston.
