Overall we had a good time with our family. We did not enjoy the buffet food at all. I would have given it a better rating if the food was better. We did enjoy some of their restaurants, but those often had a 1 hour plus wait. Because of that, you found yourself eating buffet food, which didn’t taste great. If they improved food wait times or buffet food delivery, I would have given it 4.5 stars.

We just had a great family vacation. Kids age 1-14 all had a great time. Kids pool, water slides, shows, food were all great. We would definitely come back again. Short drive 10min from the airport. We stayed on resort and went via bus to town once for souvenir shopping since hotel prices were $$$. Short walking distances were great with kids going to/from pool to restaurant. We had tables at all restaurants without reservations at our preferred times. The hotel needs a few repairs like chipped tiles in the kids pool stairs or the shower in our room. Minor stuff that to me doesn’t matter but shows the age. One of the elevators wasn’t working which was a minor nuisance. If possible get a room on lower floors so you can use stairs when elevators are busy.

The hotel is good for the price and has good recreation and different spaces to do different activities, very good aquatic areas and delicious food, but the building is very neglected, it lacks light during the day, it is dark and depressing in the internal common areas and hallways, and the cleanliness in the rooms is really bad
