my paquete fue todo incluido y para ir a comer a los restaurantes de este hotel tienes que hacer cita de 8 -2 y tratamos toda nuestra estancia a las 8 y ya no habia mesas disponibles siendo que la mayoria del tiempo estaban vacios estos restaurantes /otra cosa esta demaciado descuidado este hotel los baños estaban horribles descuidados demacioado descuidados las albercas estaban verde de hongos no de un dia es de años no es para nada seguro para visitantes muy molesta

They separated “Expedia/Travelocity” people from actual club people with different wristbands and were treated differently. No welcome packet or email or anything to explain important parts of the hotel like dining hours, reservations, location of amenities etc. we had to find out on our own. Ask the hotel lifeguard at the beach to use their boogie boards (they’re locked up at the beach). The concierge wouldn’t give us any info on getting around outside the resort unless we wanted to listen to their 45 min “timeshare” talk and even then we needed to book stuff through them. The front desk wasn’t helpful either with answering any questions. The dining staff in the Piazza were very nice and helpful as well as the bartenders and cleaning people. On a positive note the place was clean, the pool was fun and had fun activities.

Everyone was courteous and friendly. Everyone was so helpful. The only thing is the food wasn’t all that great. They didn’t cater to Americans to much but overall it was great for our first time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Your staff was amazing!!! From the receiving, to the front desk, the cooks, waiters and the cleaning staff. Only one thing, the lights, I couldn’t figure them out for the life of me until I called the desk. Maybe place a yellow little sign “insert room key here for lights”? Unless we were the only ones that had to call? Thank you!
