Clean room. Great bed and sheets. Good strong hot shower. Great employees. A little mold in the top of the shower. Covid- couldn’t have the breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was good! The room was smaller than we are used to for a double bed. The bathroom was very small and the towel rack was falling off the wall. It looked like there was mold around the ceiling. There was no garbage can in the bathroom. We had to take one out of the bedroom. The coffee creamer packet with the sugar and napkin was opened, therefore we couldn’t use it. Our door did not close all the way unless you locked from the inside and it looked like the door was an old beat up door they just used! Needs updated. We had 2 keycards and only one worked! Overall, it was not good and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone! I’m sad because Holiday Inn was considered the very best hotel chain back in the day and now I feel like this was just a last chance hotel! Staff was friendly

I especially appreciated the Manager's (Neal) responsiveness to concerns that I raised. He was ever present making sure that things were cared for. In general all staff were friendly and efficient. My only difficulty was with the maid service...some misunderstanding.
