Got an accessible room that we did not request. The door to the bathroom was broken, our window faced the wall of the building next door and the beds were extremely uncomfortable

Surprised to find no refrigerator in the room. At 130 per night expected better and what I had found in rooms in past reservations. Pool was not in service. The desk staff brought a refrig up from the desk area. Other Hilton stays I had never expressed an issue. Staff at all levels I encountered were excellent

Thank you for your review regarding your recent stay at our hotel. I am very excited to say that as I type we are receiving new case goods for our hotel. We have started renovations in our pool area and once all of our case goods arrive our rooms will undergo a complete renovation as well. That means every room will then have a fridge and microwave. I am so sorry to see you didn't enjoy your stay at our hotel. We are currently waiting on all of our new case goods to be delivered. Terrible Bed

The cleanliness was adequate, the staff was good, the bed was horrendously uncomfortable.

Expecting more from a 3 star hotel

Pros: It was in a good location, so were the other three hotels surrounding it.
Cons: Just seemed like what I could get at a far cheaper hotel with slightly higher quality furniture.
Instead of trusting the various "prepay" sites, I decided this time to do a traditional reservation. For that I got a room next to the elevator, a plastic breakfast, a "meh" staff, and regrets galore for paying full fare.

All was good here, great room great breakfast, typical Hamton.

Great place to stay

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
While this may not be on the beaten track it is easily accessible to main corridors. A newer hotel, everything was clean and cozy. Great breakfast bar and several restaurants close by. Nice modern decor and friendly staff.
