"Nice stay for a reasonable price. "
We needed to stay 1 extra night on Waikiki because of our scheduled flight out a day later than our time share rental. This hotel provided a nice place to stay. I would recommend it for a night or 2. Rooms were small but the beds were comfortable with nice bedding. A little loud since the room and balcony are open to the main street.

"Good value for the money"
Good value for the money. Short walk to the beach & we requested a room on an upper floor because I had read that there was a lot of street noise at night. Room was small and basic. I had read that the interior was recently renovaed but they did not do a stellar job. For example, someone must have noticed that an area had been missed when our room was repainted and it was touched up BUT with a different color-close but not quite matching. A big plus was that you couldn't hear the neighbors and having a tiny balcony was a nice touch.

"5 stars!"
The experience was wonderful. We enjoyed every aspect of the resort. Especially the grill and plumeria. The ocean was wonderful, the concierge was helpful, not a negative thing to say. If they could do anything, I would say improve the 'look' of the room. A bit outdated, doesn't match the ambiance and courtesy of the hotel!. The shower should be walk in, no tub (more of a preference though).

"Best Hotel on Waikiki Beach!"
Great location, near bus stop, closest to the beach, yet the beach is spacious! Beautifully appointed, time-share business on sight, yet they NEVER approached us--what a relief! That was key for me. Reasonable Breakfast at the grill. Did not eat at the 2 major restaurants on site though, too expensive! Great alternatives for lunch at the snack shack, including a Subway. Absolutely an effortless and comfortable stay. The maids appreciated our daily tip and gave us great service.

"Great location to the beach"
The location between the Pacific Beach and the beach is less than 3 minutes walking! All you need is to cross the street. The only thing that we did not like, they charge us extra $209 as fee after we paid the full amount of money thru Travelocity. We did enjoy our vacation. Wonderful hotel! The cost of lunch inside the hotel was $45 which is very expensive to me that is why we did not eat there. The staff was friendly to us. Great customer service. We loved that hotel!

"Great location and Incredibly Kind Staff"
This hotel has a great location across the street from the beach. The knowledge and kindness of all staff members stands out. They were particularly good helping me find an ER for a minor health emergency. The hotel is on a busy street, with a lively Tiki bar by the pool. We stayed on the 16th floor and could hear the crowd, some nights until 1am. This may trouble some patrons, but I found it to be tolerable. Parking is tough, costing $27 per day plus valet tip, and you can really get around without a car. By default, they charge each room $23 for breakfast and wifi. You receive a small cooler to pack all the sweets, fruit and drinks you can into, and which you can take to the beach. So, for three people, $23 was really quite good. They provide beach towels and even chairs. View of the bay was spectacular. Not a ton of restaurants within walking distance, but a Wolfgang Puck cafe, Cheeseburger place, Italian, Subway did the trick for us.
