I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Was shocked by the overall shabbiness and lack of care of the property on this stay. Our room had soiled clothing left by the previous tenant. The toilet leaked around the bottom requiring several towels on the floor at all times. My first time in a room there with no refrigerator. The rooms are tired, dated and cleanliness is debatable. Staff was basically unconcerned with the issues. Unknown and unpublished, they hit my American Express gold card with a $350 deposit for the stay in addition to my charges for two nights. Not the kind of hotel I will return to and I caution others.
