Love the location and the property! The Glo Art is one of the coolest hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Part of the hotel is in a castle, which is very unique and definitely made our experience more enjoyable.

Great hotel in central Helsinki
Excellent clean modern lovely central Helsinki hotel; superb breakfast. Only downside is the relatively loud AC which (whether hot or cold air), you cannot turn off. Reception staff - a lovely lady upon check-in and a gentleman called Vincent upon check-out- were absolutely wonderful!

Pros: - Friendly and accommodating staff - Despite the hotel's medieval looking exterior, the rooms are modern, clean and have everything you need (the tea and coffee making facilities were an unexpected bonus!) - Quiet location and only a short walk to the train station / city centre Cons: - None that I can think of We had a great stay at the GLO Hotel Art.

Hotel is very well located, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. The standard double bed room that I initially chose was too small when I saw it but the hotel allowed me to upgrade paying the difference and the new room was great. The toilet door hit the base when closing it which is very inconvenient during the night as you can hear the click from other doors or in the morning when the cleaner is doing the job apart from being awaken by the hoover hitting the doors including mine when cleaning the hall outside. I would choose to stay in the hotel again.
