"Excellent Hotel new Times Square"
We have stayed at this hotel for six days. The room was available inmediately upon arrival and any special accomodations were met. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and the customer service was excellent. The room size is adequate, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom although a little bit small is adequate. The room included bottled water and coffee at no extra charge and a small fridge (upon request) without added cost. The hotel location is very central to all Time Square attractions, stores and restaurants. We were able to walk to the Rockeffeler Center, Empire State Bulding, Madison Square Garden and you also have a subway station entrance near (same street). The checkout process was quick and easy and we were assisted with arrangements for returning to the airport. We were very pleased with our stay and plan on returning to this hotel on any future visits.

"Great staying!"
The hotel is at the best location to access everywhere. Supermarket, SOHO, Broadway shows, central park, empire states building, Korean Town and etc are all accessible in 15 min via walking or subways. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I would Def return here. The only issue I had was the size of the room tho but cleaned and well kept.

"Great Hotel"
Great location in New York. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful indeed. One slight complaint was that our room just had a shower and no bath, so make sure you request a bath on booking if required. Apart from that, a great place to stay if you are looking for a boutique hotel.

"Great location but noisy rooms"
The hotel in clean and very nice. Great bed and bathroom. Instant hot water. I had a great view from my 11th floor room, could see the top of the Empire State Building! The outside street noise is blocked pretty well. However, in the building itself, the noise is ridiculous. There is no carpet in the rooms, so your neighbor wearing shoes or speaking above a normal voice sound like they are in the same room with you. My neighbor was up yelling and being generally impolite at 4:30am. Nightmare. I'd recommend the hotel for the staff, location, and general cleanliness etc, but it is not a place to do anything in your room unless you want to have your neighbors listen. They should have thought more of the inside acoustics. If that was better I would have rated it excellent.

"Great place for the price, great location"
Upon arriving I did notice that you had to go up a floor to the desk. But I noticed that in other hotels in the area also. One hotel you had to go up an escalator which seemed 2 floors to the lobby. So no big deal. Other people said the elevators were slow, had no problem. Staff was very courteous, always hailed a cab for me, etc. Room was clean and modern, good size, but I think that was because they gave me a handicap accessible room, no problem for me. They need a lamp on the desk, as the lighting there wasn't great. Bed was very comfy, lots of pillows. It would have been nice to have a Keurig or something in room, but not the end of the world. I had a room that was off the street portion of the building so very quiet for sleeping. Nice feature to be able to check out and they will hold your bags for you if you have an evening flight as I did, so I could still take in the sights. I would stay there again.
