Front Desk Nightmare
1st off when you walk into the lobby the front desk do not greet you...instead they make you wait till they finish having a conversation then says NEXT never looking up! I asked in my notes not to be near the elevator...They put me 3 room away! The bathroom sink leaked and the carpet smelled funny. You had to go to 1st floor use the microwave, I was on the 5th floor. The BIGGEST ISSUE was that the AC did not cool the room and I had it set to 67 degrees. the Front Desk Staff is the biggest issue! On the Plus side the cleaning staff was very friendly and professional when I need more towels.
