It’s not my first time here and I was very disappointed ☹️ with the cleaning of the room. The sheets were very old and stained. It look like it was pee. There was a roche in the bathroom. I checked in very late and I was tired other wise I would it notify the front desk right away. I did it earlier in the morning. I stayed in the junior suite. No es la primera vez que me hospedó en este hotel que es my Favorito, y estoy muy decepcionada de la limpieza. Las sábanas estaban muy viejas y manchadas. Parecía que alguien hizo pipi. Avía un cucaracha en el baño. No avise de inmediato x que llegamos muy tarde pero tempranito avise en la recepción. La habitación era la júnior suite.

Overall
The carpet and furniture in the room needed cleaning. Also, it had too many tables; it would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room for use. Towels were limited. More communication between personnel on time schedules for the two restaurants. Very good service in the front desk.

Depressing in the main square
The wifi barely worked. The mattress was hard. The room was old , outdated , with worn carpet, chipped doors. It took about 45 minutes to get a small fruit plate and a coffee in the restaurant. The staff were friendly , but the hotel seems down on its luck. The hotel is in a good location.
