Rebadged older hotel, some upgrades, but many aspects needing improvement. No drop off area for car when car park was full, leaving us to have to park in the hotel overflow area a block away. Beds felt “well slept in” with hollow in the middle, bathroom door had paint peeling top and bottom, bin tidy in bathroom was dented and would not open, no air conditioning in the room with a cheap pedestal fan supplied with a broken floor stand. Exterior balcony has not been touched in years with heavy dirt and paint peeling everywhere. Balcony shared with the next room which meant we could not sleep with the door open for air circulation. Price paid ($265 AUD) which did not include breakfast. We expected a lot better quality for what we paid.
