I like the location,room was nice but the customer service guy was terrible@the ad lied about the indoor pool there was no pool@it was 2 big dogs in the room next to us, barking all night

The room was not clean, I would not shower there, hair in the bathtub. No cup to rinse after brushing teeth. First time I have ever stayed in a place with no ice machine.

No one was at front desk. I had to go up the stairs and dial 0 to announce my arrival and then continued to wait another 10 min Place looked run down on the inside. Many sketchy people wandering throughout the hotel.
