The room was beautiful! The hotel itself was beautiful! Staff was pleasant with the exception of one staff member who told me if i laid rose petals for my lady on valentines she would take my deposit! When thats not in the do and donts of the hotel

Place is nice enough night guy was real nice the manager is a person who just wont-work with you and the owner is a very unpleasant person. Our power went out due to a snowstorm while we were here The hotel could not accommodate dates for anything for refund any thing or even give us an extra day for the night didn't work here we only came for the jacuzzi tub and we couldn't use it because it requires power

Dear Anonymous, Unfortunately the power went out during your 2nd night between 12:45AM and 4:15AM, this outage was beyond our control. As I recall we did gave you an extended late checkout time.
