Not a great experience. The police was called to room just down the walkway. The remote had no batteries, even though the hotel was willing to replace them I had wait in a long line to pick them up, the check in is not good. The lobby is locked and you stand in a small hot tiny box to check in.

room is not what we expected, not enough towels, water doesn't drain in the shower floor. bed were too old that you can feel the spring sticking out. there's not enough food at 8:30 AM only cereal were left

Smelly room, hard bed, thin pillows and need coverings, no hair dryer or small coffee pot and very loud traffic nose.

THis place is worn and dirty , poor linens, very cold, no coffee maker in room, no extra blankets, lousey breakfast, etc. The list goes on and on. We’ve been dupped by your rating and recommendation! Refund our money!

Front desk clerk was not friendly or helpful Not enough towels & wash clothes. Bath towels had dirty , black spots. No ice bucket. Called for one , waited over an hour, called back & she said she forgot. I asked for 2 double or queen beds, but got a king. The desk chair sagged and was hard to get out of.
