The staff was very nice. I requested an early check in and they did allow us to check in a few hours early. However the sofa bed is a twin mattress that is on the floor! Then we did not get room service even after I called to request it. I called back and asked if they would at least bring us clean towels and take the trash. They only brought us clean towels. I also wasn’t impressed with the parking fee. The walls are very thin you can hear every door closing.

Room was small and very dark. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Would have liked a little bar or restaurant attached. Breakfast was adequate but not great. Staff was very nice
