" If you don't have it this place does!"
We had a great time in NYC ,After touring the city we didn't feel like going out to eat we wanted to go back to the hotel, rest and enjoy a bottle of bubbly we purchased. There was a shopping center around the corner where we brought steaks and cooked in the hotel room and drank the wine to the city lights. Truly the best setting, the room had our every need!

"very well located hotel in Midtown West"
selected the hotel due to the proximity of our daughter's apartment, (1 block down same street), and were very pleased with reception, Robert was extremely helpful in getting us accommodated as we needed a room with 2 separate beds for my children. Also, as the free wifi is "iffy" he gave us an access code with which we could perfectly connect. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, in the reception as well as the Bistro for breakfast and an evening snack. Rooms are comfortable and reasonable in size for being Midtown, bathrooms very good and all very clean. Will be back next time when in NYC.

I pulled up, staff came out, valeted my car and handed me a complimentary glass of wine. The room was amazing down to every last detail. The staff were wonderful, the hotel is very modern and cool. Great location. I will absolutely go back and I have been telling all my friends.

"Cheap place to rest "
For the price, you can't really complain too much. It was a great location, 5 minute walk to Madison Square Garden, maybe 8 minute walk to Times Square. The shared bathrooms were very clean, never had to wait too long. Our room was very clean as well, but VERY small. The biggest issue was the noise, we faced the street and you can literally hear every single thing happening outside. Our first night was terrible, we didn't sleep at all - the car horns and traffic was so loud! We asked to change rooms but it was full. The second night we had ear plugs, and it wasn't so bad. If you plan on spending a lot of time in your hotel, this is not the place to stay. However, if you only need a place to leave your stuff and *try* to sleep through the noise, it's just fine!

"In the middle of the city chaos...a true oasis!"
I booked this on-line with no more information than anyone would find, so I felt like I won the lottery when we arrived. We were literally one block from the Empire State Building, but on a short side street. The management thought to set the hotel back a bit from the sidewalk and include a large cement patio with potted plants, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Perfect spot to catch our breath, have coffee or drinks, and enjoy the parade of "humans of New York". Nearly all the daytime hotel staff and maintenance people were friendly, helpful and funny. Rates were SUPER compared to other nearby properties. Breakfast included was wonderfully varied, delicious and plentiful. Also, even the furnishings in the breakfast area are classy. Part of the room is in a "frosted" solarium that keeps out unpleasant sights (like bird poo) but lets in just the right amount of light. We'll be back to NYC to see more plays and won't look for a hotel ANYWHERE else.

"Excellent value just off of Times Square"
When you travel to NYC you never know exactly what to expect. I take my graduating senior class to New York every year for a senior trip and this year was no exception. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, some of them being a little shady, looking for a good deal that the kids can afford. I was surprised when the Courtyard Marriott was within our budget and very pleased when we arrived and found it to be even better than I had hoped. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. They allowed us to store our bags before check in by placing them in a conference room because we arrived too early. They also stored our bags after we checked out so we could enjoy the day without lugging bags around the city. On top of all of the accommodations they made for us, they did it with class. The staff was friendly and showed genuine care in dealing with the students, not the fake smiles you get in other hotels. I cannot say enough how great they made our visit. I will definitely look them up again in the future.
