This hotel is a great value for what you pay nightly. The hotel is perfect if your going to Disney or another event. Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was great and I like that they text you daily to see if you need anything. They charge 20 dollars for parking but so does every other property there’s really no way to escape these gougers. The only bad thing is the downstairs lobby is clean but as soon as you get to your floor the carpet is so dirty it gives you a bad impression. Room carpet was old and dirty looking also. We had a great stay and would come back.

The manager was an a hole the tv didnt work properly breakfast was not included like the add said parking on their own facility was 18 dollars for 1 night and the hallway smelled like mrijuana the place sucks ill never go back

Our stay was pleasant, location was very convenient. The only downside was a leaky, clogged bathtub/shower, no coffee maker and pillows should have been at least be more than one per person in each bed and not a lumpy one.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff are all friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The room was great, but there were loud, annoying sounds coming from the refrigerator in my room (219), which made it slightly uncomfortable when lying down for bed.

The breakfast service is very lacking. If you order orange juice instead of iced tea or water it's given in a shot glass. No signs anywhere but they will make you an omelet if you don't like the powdered eggs

One thing that I do want to assure you is that we do not use any powdered eggs at our hotel - never have and never will at our Hilton Garden Inn or other HGI Hotels.
