This hotel was right next to the Royal Palace on Gamla Stan Island in Stockholm, a perfect location. The staff and service, as well as the provided breakfast, were excellent. I loved my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Front desk employees were so nice and very helpful. Stayed in a different hotel in Gamla Stan prior to this and it didn’t compare with Lady Hamilton. So it is a unique setting with lots of Swedish decor which I liked- it gave a flavor of the culture which one does not have with generic modern hotel decor. The bathroom had radiant heat floors- felt so luxurious - in addition to the towel warmer. Also had the most comfortable mattress of any hotel during my week in Sweden and Denmark. Although our room was on a street- it was not noisy at all. So cozy and comfortable- great as it was freezing cold weather! Would definitely stay there again.

It's a good breakfast, and it's in a good place. But if you use public transportation, it will be inconvenient.
