The hotel is great, with city conveniences and entertainment within walking distance. I’m looking forward to when their rooftop bar reopens later this year. It was closed during our visit.

The hotel was beautiful. Location to the cruise port was on point. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had multiple rooms booked and they accommodated our needs well. One downfall, the first floor room had a gap at the bottom of the main hallway door and we could easily hear the interactions, all night long. We would stay here again. Hands down.

Do not plan to get any sleep if your room is on the first floor. I heard everything going on in the lobby and bar area because they were right outside the room. The valet service was a mess when everyone was trying to check out. I understand dealing with the mass exodus of checkout time, but there was zero system in place to keep the flow smooth. My experience was just not a good one and will not be staying here again.
