Location was good. Customer service was minimal. Looks like they are trying to improve but still have a long way to go: carpet appeared clean but had an unpleasant smell, toilet ran continually, inside door chain lock had been ripped off the door frame (looked like someone had forced open the door)

Front desk very efficient and accommodating. Friendly staff. Safe lighted parking area. Room and bed were very comfortable. By car or Uber, accessible to Atlantic City area without the bustle. Breakfast coffee, cereal and fruit very appreciated.

I was afforded plenty of quiet. The COVID Masked Person that Registered me opened the Office Door, and I was immediately overwhelmed with the Strong Fragrance of Incense. My Asthma was triggered. The Registration Process was performed with me standing on the Porch at the Front Door outside. When I entered the Non-Smoking Room the Room still smelled of Smoke because the Cigarette Smoke has permeated through the Walls from other Rooms, once again affecting my ability to breathe well. The Heat in the Room worked very well, and once again the Room was very quiet, which I am very grateful for. It took 20 Minutes to get Lukewarm Water warm enough so that i could shower. Teeth Brushing, and Shaving the Water was Ice Cold. The $74 Dollar Bill was cheaper than many other Businesses, but I will seek out other accomodations in thr future.

The night shift person Mike Patel tried price gouge me over $100 per night per room until we looked and booked it online. He tried to tell me my card declined and he didn't have our reservations. After we drove 12 hours from Kentucky. Because he was pissed we booked it online.
