Great 3star Hotel in City Centre
We were given a warm welcome on arrival. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, serviced everyday. Bathroom was adequate, face cloths were a lovely, extra, welcome surprise. Breakfast room comfortable and array of choices good. Plain yoghurt was excellent as was scrambled egg! Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a perfect location. Roof terrace is great, sun loungers very comfortable. Bar offers snacks and drinks all of which are reasonably priced.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Close to old town Funchal and the La Vie shopping centre for supplies. The continental breakfast had plenty of choices. The top floor pool and restaurant area were wonderful. I highly recommend the Hotel Madeira

Great location. Quick check in. Very polite and friendly staff. Room as described, clean and tidy. Kettle provided. Quiet at night. Breakfast adequate, something for all diets. Would stay there again, good value for money.

We have used this hotel 4 times now and again this year didn't disappoint. the staff were great as always and helpful with any inquires you had. the food was amazing as usual with loads of options for breakfast and lunch and it's nice that they have included a barbeque option for nighttime (fish Wednesday and Saturday and meat Tuesday and Friday) along with entertainment which was a nice added bonus. You don't have to walk far to get a bus which is nice and convenient and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. If I had to be really picky was our shower wasn't very powerful meaning there wasn't a lot of water coming out of the shower. but apart from that a fabulous hotel to stay in and I highly recommend it.
