Upon arrival, the check in was fairly quick, however, the phone in the room didn't work and the wire was cut. The TV remote was not programmed to the TV and it had to be operated manually. There was no smoke detector. The bottom sheet was stained. 3 outlets had no covers and one was broken. And there were no charging ports in the room. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast in the morning and there was no food at all. The room was way over priced at 147 dollars. Very poor value!

Phone was inoperable and tv didn't work. No charging ports, a stain on the sheets, no smoke detector. Front desk person came and fixed phone and turned on tv. Remote not programmed so we had to manually turn volume up and down. Also a broken outlet with no cover

they was no room reserved for me. i had to scrambled to find another hotel Motel 8 which was an additional 28 miles away from where i want to be. For all it's worth, I made my daughter's graduation,

Not big on righting reviews but gota say I’ve stayed in alot of places but this one was pretty bad. People at the desk were very nice no complaints there. Restaurant seemed pretty good but didn’t eat there. The room on the other hand was gross.. the dresser drawers were completely broken and falling off. Literally dirt in every corner the mirror was totally smudged up w god knows what?? the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the shower base was totally disgusting.. had no choice to stay cuz no other places were available. Def wouldn’t have stayed another night. Place needs a serious update..
